A Film Director, DOP, Producer, Photographer, and Documentarian, Angad lives and works between Dharwad, Mumbai, and Bangalore.

Angad’s music documentation began in the Bangalore/Mumbai music scene as a personal take on his life and friendships, from pub gigs and house parties to festivals. This personal approach has resulted in a body of work that reflects an intimate portrayal of his subjects and scenes. Angad also manages the band The Earth Below, further deepening his connection to the independent music industry. His practice is rooted in capturing the ecosystem that exists beyond the stage—into the vast community and the connections formed between artists, crew, and audiences alike.

Over the past decade, Angad has worked across departments in both small-scale and large-scale productions, gaining a big-picture understanding of filmmaking. Alongside this, he has directed and collaborated on corporate films and documentary projects, further strengthening his storytelling sensibilities. Deeply interested in documentary filmmaking, Angad continues to grow in this field every day, refining both his camera work and directorial voice. Now, after more than 10 years of experience, he is entering the advertising world with a strong foundation in both artistic and commercial filmmaking.
